Founded RELATIONS in 2009. Our purpose is to explore how individuals and organizations can resonate with each other, creating a dynamic environment where creativity thrives. Over the past 15 years, we've consulted with more than 1,000 companies, an experience from which I developed a unique management methodology called "Seimeiryoku Keiei" (Vitality Management). At its core, "Vitality Management" resonates with and embodies the principles of Source.
