Description of practice:
After working for about 15 years as an organizational development facilitator, I encountered the concept of Teal Organizations in 2014 and became involved in translating the Japanese edition of the book. Later, I came across the Source Principles and undertook translation projects for two books—one by Tom and one by Stefan. I received the "Done" in Moneywork from Nadja and in Sourcework from Stefan. I am now committed to conveying the essence of Source Principles and Moneywork in Japan, while also working to build a rich ecosystem of collaboration with practitioners from around the world.
