Description of practice:
I am a co-founder of RELATIONS (2009), working as an organizational activation consultant. I am a professional team coach (ORSC) and a Certified Holacracy Facilitator. Inspired by Moneywork from Hideaki and Nadia, and Sourcework from Stefan and Peter in 2023, I embarked on the Done Principle journey. My goal is to increase practical examples of making organizations vibrant with the power of Source and relationships, while smoothing their external interactions with participatory methodologies. My purpose is a heartfelt "Kanpai!". I believe that by expanding these heartfelt connections through workplaces, we can create a world with more love.
